There are considerable
advantages for your practices within a PCT/Health Board in co-ordinating
surveys and sending them to us for analysis in one
batch. The earlier the better, as we are very busy between October and March.
Firstly we can produce a set of current, local benchmarks;
and secondly the single batch means we can offer a substantial discount to
each practice. We would need to talk to practices about streamlining
the exercise at an early stage, ideally before questionnaires are
printed.
We are very
flexible. We can produce overall practice reports only, with individual
GP report(s) as required. Questionnaires need to be coded to identify eg individual practicies. We can also offer analysis of the GPAQ Nurses questionnaire
at no extra administration cost if we receive everything from the
practice as one batch. We can offer:
- Substantial
discounts on our prices for individual practice analysis if we
receive all the completed surveys in one batch. Forms obviously must be pre-coded with the practice number, and if individual
GP reports are required (see 4 below), by GP number. Nurse questionnaires
must be coded numerically by practice, and also by nurse individual
reports are required.
Coding
is most easily carried out at the printing stage. It saves a great
deal of time (and rsi).
- We are happy
to invoice practices individually, and to send out the reports
(see 5 below) to each surgery individually if you prefer.
- As well as written reports, each practice receives a copy of their report(s) on CD.
- We can produce an overall PCT/Health Board/Area report.
- Prices include all royalty obligations to Manchester University.
Do please ask if you have any questions, we look forward
to working with you.
